How to post

3. Sign it however you like: first name and last initial, initials, or anonymous.

4. To pray for someone, leave a short, kind prayer as a reply. Please pray for people, not at them. No advice, debates, or preaching.

Every post is reviewed before it appears. We may lightly edit to protect privacy. Posts with crisis language aren't shown publicly, so we can point the writer to real help first.
